All of Joonam Jewelry is made with tarnish resistant and nickel free wire. The Chains are all made with nickle free metal as well. What this means is that it won’t turn you green or itch you, but please keep in mind, due to personal pH levels of peoples' skin and the frequency of wear, some jewelry may age more quickly for some.  Since exposure to air can also oxidize jewelry, we recommend storing jewelry in an air tight pouch or box, rather than keeping it exposed to air.  

 

Please try to avoid exposure of the jewelry to water and sunlight.  We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping and exercising. 

 

For the BABY ROSE jewelry- the roses are treated in a very special way that makes them more resistant to wear and tear, that being said they are delicately timeless. It is best to keep them in a safe place and to store them away from things that could crush them as well as being careful when you are wearing them, when hugging people as they get close to your ear and chest area. for the rings as well you want to be careful and mindful of how you are moving your hands. That being said accidents do happen so if anything like that ever were to go down feel free to contact us, There are a few possible ways to go about this, one being to fix them, all you would have to do is pay for the shipping back-and-forth, and cost of the products.

To request a repair, please use our contact page and be sure to include

• Contact name

• Telephone number

• Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)

• A brief description of the problem

Please keep in mind the fact of natural wear and tear with use. :)

For any questions and concerns about your pieces please contact joonamjewelry@yahoo.com to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Joonam Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please use our contact page for any inquiries regarding returns.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

 

Shipping Policy

Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of ordering, but some require additional time in production such as custom pieces, which could take up to 2 weeks to a month depending on how many pieces. We ship standard but if you would like another way please contact us.
